Peachy evening (morning) everyone! Another Ruqa’a piece that I did, it’s something by Abu Al-A’ala’a Al-Ma’arri (God that sucks in English!), hope you like it.
I always tend to mention the flaws to make it clear that it’s an attempt, rather than a polished piece. Anyway, as you can see, there are 3 ‘waw’ letters there, and the first one looks a lot different than the other 2, which makes either of them a flaw (I think it’s the first). Also there are 2 ‘noon’ letters, and I believe the second looks better. All in all I hope you like it.

Rana said on Oct 04 07 at 1:34 pmIt’s very nice but I have a question how do you chose the stuff to Wright? Is it about the litters it self and the way that you draw it with… or you are also look for the meaning
Haitham said on Oct 05 07 at 1:27 pmHey Rana, I guess they both compliment each other, aesthetics will contribute a quality to the meaning, and meaning will add depth to the piece. Sometimes it’s just pure text, and sometimes it’s a verse or a line of poetry.
