I finished Ahlam Mosteghanemi’s novel ‘Memory In The Flesh’ yesterday in the morning. In my humble opinion, it’s a mind drilling novel. I did find a couple of parts to be over describing, but the plot, the twist, the tragedy, homeland! The narrator character is amazingly describing a man! At some points I thought is this really a woman writing this?
I wrote those few lines, I think translating them would slaughter their beauty.
