The Oud House!
As I was looking through a 10-days-old Gulf News to varnish a piece of wood on, I slipped out the tabloid (!) section, opened a random page, and I found this:

A friend of mine knows that I’m into Naseer and Oud stuff, and he told me about this around 2 weeks ago. Anyway, I called to get their number, seems they don’t have a number yet, till September then.
Note to Gulf News: Seriously, this doesn’t belong with Paris-Hilton-out-of-jail-with-a-smile-I-don’t-care.
Addition: This is a clip from his concert in Sharjah with guitarist Carlos Pinana that I attended last year, the piece is called ‘Ishraq’.
