Pointing to the sky has always been the gesture to linking the spiritual to the physical, the physical is the secondary aspect in which is employed to serve the spiritual, this was strongly implied as a metaphor to the building; pointing the architecture upwards to concentrate on the higher aspect of the space and bypass the superficial skin.

Translating those factors suggested the concept of centrality, hence the main square that lies in the middle of the site as a plaza, and a main circulation element in the building.

A dominant proportioning system (1:√2) controls the order of the masses, the rotation adapts to the site axes.
